Why this matters
Bookie NFTs represent a visible form of participation in TBook. As more users verify credentials and claim SBTs, Bookie NFTs should have a clear, practical role inside the product.
This proposal introduces level-based SBT Claim Fees for eligible wallets with Bookie NFTs. The applicable fee is based on current Bookie NFT holdings and claimed Holder SBT level.
The standard SBT Claim Fee remains 1.5 SUI for wallets without an active Holder SBT level.
How eligibility works
A wallet may claim a Holder SBT based on its current Bookie NFT holdings. The claimed level can then be used as one input in the SBT claim flow.
Eligibility is determined at the time of claim using two inputs: current Bookie NFT holdings and the highest claimed Holder SBT level.
If these two levels differ, the lower eligible level applies.

A wallet with no Bookie NFTs does not qualify to claim a Holder SBT. Holdings above five remain within Level 5.
Allocation calculation
The proposal keeps the existing 30% allocation rule. If adopted, the allocation will be calculated from the actual SBT Claim Fee paid after any applicable discount.
This section only clarifies the calculation basis. The proposal does not change the allocation percentage, add a new distribution, introduce a multiplier, or create a direct rebate for the claiming wallet.
Examples
Three Bookie NFTs with NFT Keeper SBT. A wallet holds three Bookie NFTs and has claimed NFT Keeper SBT. Its SBT Claim Fee is 1.20 SUI.
Five Bookie NFTs with NFT Keeper SBT. A wallet holds five Bookie NFTs but has only claimed NFT Keeper SBT. Its eligible level remains Level 3, so its SBT Claim Fee is 1.20 SUI.
NFT Ensnared SBT with two current Bookie NFTs. A wallet has claimed NFT Ensnared SBT but currently holds two Bookie NFTs. Its eligible level is Level 2, so its SBT Claim Fee is 1.30 SUI.
More than five Bookie NFTs. A wallet holds eight Bookie NFTs and has claimed NFT Ensnared SBT. Its SBT Claim Fee is 0.75 SUI.
Safeguards
The SBT Claim Fee is calculated when the user claims an SBT. Current Bookie NFT holdings are checked at the time of claim, and the lower eligible level is used for the final fee calculation.
Failed or reverted claim transactions do not create an allocation event. Successful claims should be counted once, using a transaction digest or claim identifier. On-chain calculations should use MIST rather than floating-point arithmetic.
