About SBT Claim Fee
A one-time claim fee is required to mint a TBook SBT, serving as an anti-sybil mechanism to prevent mass minting and protect the integrity of on-chain credentials. All fees are collected and managed transparently on-chain.
Fee Distribution
30% of SBT claim fees will be distributed to Bookies NFT holders who have held their NFTs continuously for 15 days on Sui at snapshot. Transferring the NFT resets the 15-day holding period. Only NFTs that meet the requirement at snapshot are counted. Distribution is proportional to the number of qualifying NFTs held. This Incentive Plan takes effect on June 1, 2026.

Open Sui SBT Issuance to Bookie Holders
About SBT Issuance
TBook's Verifiable SBT is a portable, on-chain credential recording what a wallet has verifiably done across social, on-chain, governance, and custom actions. Today, issuance on Sui is gated by TBook. This proposal replaces centralized review with an economic and holding-based qualification mechanism, opening issuance access to qualified Bookie holders.
Issuance Access
Bookies holders on Sui who maintain continuous ownership for 15 days at snapshot qualify as issuers. Transferring an NFT resets the holding period. Eligible holders gain permissionless access to Sui Move contracts, 35+ verified credential types, claim-page templates, and real-time mint feed.
Fee Distribution
A claim fee is charged per SBT mint. Qualified issuers receive incentives proportional to their Bookie holdings, up to a defined cap.

SBT Issuance Becomes an Allowance
What changes
The fifteen-day holding period for issuance eligibility is removed. Bookie holders on Sui qualify immediately, with an allowance of one SBT collection for every Bookie past their first — two Bookies issue one collection, and every Bookie after that adds another. The allowance is read live from chain and has no ceiling.
Why
The holding period delayed everyone equally while doing nothing about the real problem: past the gate, one Bookie authorised an unbounded number of collections. An allowance removes the wait and gives volume a price — and because selling lowers your allowance immediately, it replaces the anti-flip protection the holding period gave.
What is unchanged
Collections already issued are never revoked and keep earning. The SBT Claim Fees Incentive Plan is untouched — its 30% distribution still requires fifteen days of continuous holding at snapshot. The holding period removed here applies only to issuance eligibility.

About the Proposal
This proposal introduces level-based SBT Claim Fees for eligible wallets with Bookie NFTs. The applicable fee is based on current Bookie NFT holdings and claimed Holder SBT level.

TBook × SafePal Hardware Wallet Community Program
TBook is working with SafePal to provide 500 hardware wallets to verified community members.
Campaigns
Users can qualify through 3 different Campaigns:
Campaign A Featured SBT CollectorFor users who have claimed all 8 Featured SBTs on Engagement Basecamp.
Campaign B Onchain Credit BuilderFor users who are in the WISE Score Top 500 and have claimed at least 5 WISE Level SBTs.
Campaign C SBT Community DrawFor users who have claimed at least one eligible TBook SBT and entered the community selection.
Shipping and Redemption
The hardware wallet is FREE for the qualified users. And qualified users are responsible for the shipping fee calculated at checkout, as well as any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.
Hardware wallets can only be shipped to countries and regions currently supported by SafePal. Users with unsupported shipping addresses cannot redeem an allocation.
Each verified user may receive no more than one hardware wallet across all 3 Campaigns.
If the qualified user voluntarily waives their allocation or fails to claim their allocation, the eligibility will be passed down in order to the next qualified user.

Karma Grand Prize Pool Community Vote
About the Proposal
The Karma Grand Prize Pool is $500.
To let the community decide how the pool should be shared, TBook launched a vote between two options:
-1 winner to receive the total $500;
-5 winners to receive $100 each.
The community's chosen option will be applied to the upcoming Karma Grand Prize draw.
Who Is Eligible to Vote
Wallets holding at least one eligible Bookies NFT were able to participate in the vote.
Each eligible wallet had one vote, regardless of the number of Bookies NFTs held.
Voting Result
Accordingly, the $500 Karma Grand Prize Pool will be distributed equally among five eligible winners, with each winner receiving $100.
The approved distribution structure will be implemented in the upcoming Karma Grand Prize draw.
Regional Community
Campaign Program
About the Campaign
TBook's language communities are where members discover products, exchange knowledge, and take part in the ecosystem. This proposal introduces a shared growth framework built on Regional Community SBTs, recurring two-week Seasons, and transparent community rankings.
How It Works
The Campaign moves through three stages.
- Eligible community members vote on which group of Regional Community SBTs launches first.
- Members claim a Regional Community SBT to record their community identity and set the Region they represent.
- The Campaign then runs in two-week Campaign Seasons, with Regions ranked by the Season Score.
Seasons and Incentives
Each Campaign Season lasts two weeks.
A member's latest Regional Community SBT determines the Region they represent, and one wallet counts toward only one Region at a time.
The Season Score weights Active Regional SBT Holders at 40%, Regional Community members at 20%, and valid SBT claims during the Season at 40%.
The highest-ranked Region will become the Regional Community Champion for the Season. Subject to the Campaign rules, members in the Champion Regional Community could enter a lucky draw of a dedicated SUI gas subsidy.
