TBook Regional Community Growth Campaign

A shared program for TBook's global communities

Proposal overview

TBook is the financial engine behind fintech products that connect users to tokenized assets. Its Regional Communities bring together members who share a language and local context, helping them understand TBook's products, discover campaigns, exchange ideas, and participate in the wider ecosystem.

The TBook Regional Community Growth Campaign introduces a shared framework for Regional identity, verifiable participation, transparent Season rankings, and recurring community recognition.

The Campaign is built around four TBook principles:

  • Community First: community members help shape the Regional SBT rollout and contribute to the progress of the Region they represent.
  • Verifiable Participation: SBTs provide a clear record of Regional identity and activity during a Season.
  • Transparency: the Region a member represents, the scoring rules, and the final results follow a visible and consistent process.
  • Aligned Incentives: incentive eligibility for the Champion Regional Community is subject to the rules of the applicable Campaign activities.

How the Campaign works

The Campaign moves through three stages. First, eligible community members vote on which group of Regional Community SBTs launches first. Next, members claim a Regional Community SBT to record their community identity and set the Region they represent. The Campaign then runs in two-week Seasons, with Regions ranked by active Regional SBT holders, community size, and valid SBT claims made during the Season.

Stage 1 — Community co-creation

Before the Regional Community SBT rollout, eligible community members participate in setting the first launch priority.

The Campaign includes sixteen Regional Communities arranged into four rollout groups:

Group A — Brazilian · Arabic · Indonesian · Ukrainian

Group B — Chinese · Nigerian · Filipino · Turkish

Group C — Vietnamese · Indian · Russian · Korean

Group D — Bengali · Iranian · Pakistani · Spanish

The group receiving the highest number of valid votes is prioritized for the first Regional Community SBT rollout. The vote determines rollout order; it does not remove the remaining groups from the Campaign.

Participants who cast a valid vote may claim the Regional Community Voice SBT. This credential records their participation in shaping the Regional Community rollout.

Stage 2 — Regional Community identity

Each Regional Community receives a dedicated identity credential following a consistent naming format:

TBook [Language] Community Explorer

Members can claim a Regional Community SBT after receiving the corresponding Regional Role in the TBook Discord server.

The Regional Community SBT serves two connected purposes:

  • it records a member's participation in a TBook Regional Community;
  • it determines the Region the member represents in Campaign Seasons.

A member may claim SBTs from more than one Regional Community. For Season scoring, the latest claimed Regional Community SBT sets the Region that member represents. Each wallet represents one Region at a time, so the same activity cannot be counted for multiple Regions.

Stage 3 — Regional Community Seasons

Each Campaign Season lasts two weeks.

During a Season, members contribute to their Region by helping the community grow and taking part in TBook products, campaigns, governance, and other valid SBT activities.

At the end of the two-week period, participating Regions are ranked using the same scoring rules. The Region with the highest final Season Score will become the Regional Community Champion for that Season.

The Campaign then repeats:

Choose Your Region → Join the Season → Participate Together → Become Regional Champion → Begin a New Season

Season ranking

Each Region's Season Score is calculated from three parts.

Active Regional SBT Holders — 40%

This is the number of members whose latest Regional Community SBT represents the Region being scored. It shows how many members have established that Regional identity.

Regional Community Members — 20%

This is the number of members in the corresponding Regional Community. Community size counts toward the result, but its 20% weight prevents a larger starting community from deciding the ranking by itself.

Season SBT Activity — 40%

This is the number of valid TBook SBT claims made during the Season by members representing the Region. It reflects continued participation across TBook campaigns, products, governance, and other SBT experiences.

Each part is scored against the Region with the highest result in that category:

Season Score = 40 × (Active Regional SBT Holders ÷ Highest Active Regional SBT Holder Count) + 20 × (Regional Community Members ÷ Highest Regional Community Member Count) + 40 × (Season SBT Claims ÷ Highest Season SBT Claim Count)

The 40% / 20% / 40% weighting is designed to:

  • turn community membership into a clear Regional identity;
  • recognize community growth without allowing size alone to decide the result;
  • encourage continued participation across the wider TBook SBT ecosystem.

Regional Community Champion

The highest-ranked Region will become the Regional Community Champion for the Season. Subject to the rules of subsequent Campaign activities, eligible users in the Champion Regional Community may receive a dedicated SUI gas subsidy.

SUI Gas Subsidy Calculation

Under the current calculation rules, the number of eligible subsidy recipients depends on the Champion Region's valid SBT claims during the Season:

  • 166 valid SBT claims or more: up to five eligible users may each receive 20 SUI, for a maximum Season subsidy of 100 SUI.
  • 100–165 valid SBT claims: up to three eligible users may each receive 20 SUI, for a maximum Season subsidy of 60 SUI.
  • 66–99 valid SBT claims: one eligible user may receive 20 SUI.
  • Fewer than 66 valid SBT claims: no SUI gas subsidy applies for that Season.

Eligibility and recipient determination follow the rules published for the applicable subsequent Campaign activity.

Season communication

The Campaign follows three recurring communication points:

Season opening. TBook announces the new Season and reminds members to confirm the Regional Community they want to represent.

Mid-Season ranking update. TBook shares the current rankings so communities can see how each part of their Season Score is progressing.

Season close. TBook publishes the final rankings, recognizes the Regional Community Champion, and begins the next two-week Season.

Campaign updates

To further improve the user experience, TBook may update the Campaign and the Campaign Rules from time to time. We will inform users of these updates through announcements and Telegram bot messages (collectively, Notices). Each update will take effect on the date specified in the applicable Notice. If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using the relevant services. TBook and a user may also agree separately to modify the applicable Campaign Rules. You can review the latest version of the Campaign Rules on this page at any time.
